Refund Policy

Our Policy

If you've bought a subscription from us and you haven't completed a free trial, you can request a review to see if you are eligible for a refund within 3 days of your purchase.

Please note, we won't be able to give you a refund if you've used your account outside of this 3-day refund period, or if you've continued to use your account after a refund request. In that case, please make sure to end your subscription to prevent future charges.

Refunds only cover your current month's subscription cost. They don't apply to any extra charges on your account or any charges from previous months. You're responsible for managing your own account and subscriptions.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet the conditions above, please open a support ticket, submitting supporting evidence that proves the above points and await an assessment and final decision from our support team. We suggest that you end your subscription first to make the refund process quicker.

We'll answer your request within 5 business days. We'll then carry out a check of your submitted evidence and check your account to confirm eligibility.

Annual Plans

Annual plans are one-year commitments and cannot be paused or refunded at any time within the year. Please be sure you are ready to upgrade to annual when you click confirm.
