Inviting Team Members to Your Postwise Account

Add team members to your Postwise account to post on their behalf. By doing so, you will be able to post from their accounts, making team-based content creation easier and more efficient.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to your Postwise Settings page.
  2. Click the "Add Team Member" button.
  3. Share the generated invitation link with the individual whose account you want to integrate into your team.
Share this link with the account you wish to post on behalf

When they log into their Postwise account via the provided link, their account will be automatically linked with yours. You'll then be able to view this new account on your Postwise accounts page, and manage content as if it were your own.


Important: To access this new team member's account, create posts, and schedule content on their behalf, remember to always log in using your original Postwise account credentials (ie, the billing account). Once you're logged in, you'll be able to switch between different accounts seamlessly and post on behalf of your team members.
